MAP Berlin

We are the Minorities and Philosophy (MAP) chapter for Berlin universities (Humboldt-Universit├Ąt zu Berlin, Freie Universit├Ąt Berlin, and affiliates).

MAP Berlin includes individuals of different underrepresented groups in academic philosophy: people of color, LGBTIQA persons, first generation academics, neurodiverse persons, people with disability.

The main aim of MAP Berlin is to address issues of minority participation in academic philosophy. This includes philosophers underrepresented on the basis of sex/gender (including trans and intersex people), race, migrant background, class, sexuality, religion, disability, and chronic illness.
